WSE's Technical Support Service ‘WiredSkyGuys" came into existence in response to our customers asking "You guys did a great job on this IT project but can you manage our IT systems as well ?" In early 2009 we formed WiredSkyGuys and haven't looked back. We now provide IT services and support for some of Australia's leading venues and event companies and our on-site support and repair services for business and individuals continues to grow.

Our IT services team is made of people from a wide range of skills and experience. We have the Linux gurus, the Windows magicians, the hardware wizards, the Mac mavens, the mad coder, and for good measures, a techie with a strong background in business. Our team are committed to share with each other and our customers the skills each has acquired over the years of being the grease monkeys in the tech world. We all have scars and stories to prove our worthiness.

While we here at WSE welcome business from all members of the public, our main customers are companies and venues involved in the event industry. Our aim is to turn traditional model of IT services upside down. Unlike many current IT providers that operate as a closed shop we seek to educate our clients about their IT infrastructure and how to get the most out of it. We operate in a completely transparent manner, providing detailed records, processes and instructions that enable companies to grow into their IT infrastructure, not apart from it.

We are particularly keen on using and creating our own open-source software. We believe that everyone has the right to create and modify software to improve it for their own needs. Also, we encourage the ethical use of technology. Going green is our goal here at WSE.
